You can call me "Rat" or "FarrIL", I respond to both. =)
I'm a local artist working with mostly traditional media like pencil and ink, but I also work with digital media, creating non-animated icons, banners and minor image manipulations.
My day job currently consists of working in Food Service but, contrary to popular belief, it's a lot more fun than it sounds. Partially because my coworkers put up with my weirdness, and the job is just all-around fun.
I'm both a "model" and a "photographer". I put those between quotes as they are mostly hobbies, I have never made money from either but I do wield a Canon Powersot A590IS (and I dont care what people say, it takes some damn good pictures) and have a ton of outfits that I like parading around in, regardless of any plans for the day. Sometimes, I just like to put a bit more effort in what I'm wearing.
SOME FACTS
*I have a sick sense of humor. I'm more grossed out by insects than I am a dead body.
*I drive a 2004 Dodge Neon and it's the closest thing to a sports car I'll ever drive. Dodge or Jeep, take your pick.
*I've hardly ever played videogames, outside of Tekken and Mortal Kombat with a touch of Duck Hunt. However, the Wii system is amazing and gets me playing but also gives me a workout.
*I was picked on quite a bit as a kid. But if I based my existence off of what happened as a child, I'd be a pretty bitter person. Nowadays, I make myself the joke.
*Snakes are beautiful creatures to me.
*College graduate with two Associate degrees -- Art and General Studies.
*I'll be returning to school for Phlebotomy and I'm honestly hoping it leads to other medical-related professions (the idea of crime scene clean-up catches my interest... cleaning up fluids for a living).
*I'm a bit of a basket case, but I'm also more intelligent than I let on. The dumb blonde act is usually just that, though many things fly over my head when I'm not paying attention.
*Things that happened years ago are still hilarious to me. And I will bust out laughing because of it.
*I walk into walls almost daily, unintentionally.
