Comment by michael on November 28, 2009 at 2:17am - well all I know is I get my powers from the stone henge when I meditate I send my body spirit to the middle of the stones feel a circle of energy from the ground to the top of the stones.flow thew my body up my legs thew my body thew my arms out of my hands.up in the sky.to where ever my real body lies.or standing or siting.then I use the power for what I need then put back the rest of the power back come down thew my hands thew my body down thew my feet out on the ground.seeing the circle disrepair.I hope this gives u a hint of me.
